Supportive Housing and case management
When you are ready for real life change we are here to help support that change. Together We Stand Corporation (TWSC) will assist your existing case managers to assure that you have a team behind you
Connection to community resources
We take pride in making long lasting partnerships in the community in order to assist with navigating systems. This is one of the most important pieces of building bridges.
Job Readiness
TWSC assist individuals in our program with connecting to services for resume writing, interviewing skills, training opportunities, work attire, barber/hairstylist and more to help them get gainfully employed.
Life Skills Coach and mentoring
When an individual reaches a point in their life when they are ready for change it is not an easy process. If it was then no one would need support because they would have made the changes on their own.
Transportation
TWSC provides transportation to those individuals in or program to grocery shopping. Social activities, AA/NA meetings, interviews and more on a program availability.
Notary Services
TWSC provides notary services that verify the identity of the individuals signing legal documents and for forms that require notarization.
